Trojans fall to Pardeeville

PARDEEVILLE — Sophomore guard Derek Lindert led all scorers with 32 points as Pardeeville defeated Dodgeland 82-50 in a nonconference boys basketball game on Monday.

Dodgeland (4-7) trailed 29-27 with four minutes remaining in the first half, but Pardeeville closed the half on a 16-3 run and never looked back.

“They just kept coming,” Dodgeland boys basketball coach Bill Otte said. “We did not shoot as well as we did in that first half. We missed a lot of shots. Some of them were forced, but we missed shots we were hitting in the first half that would have kept it close.”

Senior point guard Seth Christopherson led Dodgeland with 13 points, four assists and two steals. Junior guard/forward Sy Otte led the way on the boards with 13 rebounds. Sophomore Caden Brugger added 10 points.

Dodgeland hosts Hustisford on Thursday.
