If you haven't received your paper by 5 p.m. on a weekday, please call (920) 206-8999 to reach our customer service department. We'll get your newspaper to you that same evening. To assist the person making the delivery, please turn your porch light on! (This is for in-city customers. Calls must be made between 5 and 6 p.m. weekdays.) If you haven't received your paper by 7 a.m. on a Saturday, call our customer service department at (920) 206-8999 between 7 and 9 a.m. We'll deliver a paper to you that morning!
