SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) -- Luis Guillorme hit a run-scoring single in the eighth inning, leading the Syracuse Mets to a 3-2 win over the Lehigh Valley IronPigs on Tuesday.

Aaron Altherr scored on the play after he was hit with a pitch to lead off the inning and stole second.

Austin Listi hit an RBI single, scoring Andrew Romine in the first inning to give the IronPigs a 1-0 lead. The Mets came back to take the lead in the fourth inning when Gregor Blanco hit a two-run home run.

Lehigh Valley tied the game 2-2 in the seventh when Phil Gosselin hit a sacrifice fly, scoring Shane Robinson.

Ryan O'Rourke (1-2) got the win with a scoreless inning in relief while Tom Windle (5-1) took the loss in the International League game.

Romine doubled twice and singled, also stealing a base for the IronPigs.
