OCONOMOWOC — Watertown's 19U American Legion baseball team managed just four hits in a 4-1 loss to Oconomowoc on Wednesday at Roosevelt Park.

Nathan de Galley reached on an error and scored from second on a base hit to center by Jacob Crogan in the top of the first inning, but Watertown stranded 11 base runners the rest of the way.

Daniel Denault started for Watertown and took the loss, allowing three runs (two earned) on four hits and one walk.

Cade Oiler pitched three innings of middle relief, allowing one earned run on five hits with two strikeouts and three walks, while de Galley pitched a scoreless sixth.

Jacob Fischer had two hits for Watertown (5-8), which takes on Sheboygan and Superior to kick off the Plover tournament on Friday.
