Caring Crafters

to meet Tuesday

The Caring Crafters group will meet Tuesday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Watertown Senior and Community Center, 514 S. First St.

This is a group of crafters who want to put their talents to use for others in the community. Crafters are asked to bring a project to work on, such as scarves, hats, mittens, lap robes, prayer shawls, etc. The group is open to everyone. There will also be fellowship and pattern sharing.

Walk Watertown

Walk Watertown will hold a walk Saturday at 9 a.m. at the front sidewalk of the Octagon House, 919 Charles St. The group walks from 9 to 10 a.m. Participants will be able to choose between 1-, 2- and 3-mile routes. Weekly maps are available. Participants are able to walk at their own pace. Walk Watertown is a noncompetitive, recreational walking program open to people of all ages at no charge.
