Junk parade

The communities of Rome and Sullivan hosted their annual "World's Greatest Junk Parade" Sunday, which featured zombie vehicles, heaps of junk, tied together trash and other random items. The tradition goes back to 1976 and attracts people from all over the area. This parade entry seemed to depict "the shark that ate Spongebob."
