Visiting the old alma mater

Former Webster Elementary School student Bella Reichardt and some of her fellow University of Wisconsin-Madison biomedical engineering students paid a visit to a fifth-grade class at Webster in Watertown Monday. The project for the event had fifth-graders creating “prosthetic legs” for each other. Above, Izzy VanBuren and Ella Voll work on their “prosthetic leg” in the latter stages of the exercise — even giving it a shoe.
