We are Santa's elves

Members of the Watertown Street Department helped Santa place his house in the Main Street Plaza before his arrival Nov. 30 after the Christmas Parade of Lights. Santa will be at the house on Nov. 30 from 7 to 8 p.m. following the Christmas Parade of Lights, Dec. 5 from 6 to 8 p.m., Dec. 7 from 2 to 4 p.m., Dec. 9 from 3 to 5 p.m., Dec. 10 from 6 to 8 p.m., Dec. 12 from 4 to 6 p.m., Dec. 15 from 6 to 8 p.m. and Dec. 18 from 6 to 8 p.m. TOP: The street department crew grapples with the building, and checks it twice, to be sure that Santa’s house is in the correct position for his visit this year.
