The Rotary students at Watertown High School have been announced. They include Brian Frank, Evelyn Marchant, and Ryan Mitchell.

Frank is the son of Ted Frank and Jami Frank. The Watertown High School senior is a dietary aid at New Horizons Food at Marquardt Manor. For the past four years, he has volunteered at Ruby’s Pantry.

He is also a Vacation Bible School helper, Sunday School teacher/helper and volunteer for the AMVETS. He was an interact member for rakefest and the Peace Garden. He is the publicity manager for the National German Honor Society.

Frank has been involved with school musicals, cross country, carolers, spring play, show choir and track and field. He was crowned this year’s homecoming king.

He plans to become a pastor in the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod.

His hobbies including running, playing piano, spending time with family and friends, singing, dancing and watching cartoons.

Evelyn Marchant is the daughter of Rob and Amy Marchant. She is this year’s student council president. For the past four years, she payed clarinet and saxophone in the band. She is a member of the National Honor Society, Tri-M Music Honor Society, Interact and Key Club and was active in show choir and fall musical.

After high school, she plans to attend a four-year college. Her hobbies include traveling and listening to music.

Ryan Mitchell is the son of Jim and Laurie Mitchell. He is active in cross country, wrestling, Interact and participated in the spring play. He is a member of the National German Honor Society, serving as chancellor.

He was a year-long Rotary youth exchange student in Austria. He was a member of the Watertown High School math team, Upper Austria Math Olympics and was student of the month in the foreign language department.

He is an Eagle Scout.

After high school, he plans to attend college and study political science, foreign relations and pursue a career in diplomacy.

His hobbies include camping, water skiing and reading.
