Irritable Bowel Disorders affect 1 in 10 Americans, resulting in gas, cramping, pain and alteration in bowel habits.  Food plays a major role in controlling IBS. Learn about the FODMAP diet which modifies sugars and fibers in the diet to provide relief.  Amanda Motl, RD will provide an overview on how to maintain a healthy gut through health eating.
