Let us help you take care of yourself!

Do you help take care of an older family member or friend? If so, you are not alone. Over 65 million family caregivers in America provide a vast array of emotional, financial, nursing, social, homemaking and other services on a daily basis.

Powerful Tools for Caregivers is an educational workshop series designed to provide tools you need to take care of yourself. If you take good care of yourself, you will be better prepared to take good care of your loved one.

The Aging and Disability Resource Center of Dodge and Jefferson County are working together to provide a Powerful Tools for Caregivers workshop at the Watertown Public Library beginning September 25th and running every Wednesday through October 30th from 9:30am to 11:00am. In order to get the most out of the workshop, it is recommended that participants attend each of the six sessions.

Registration is required. Call 920-386-3580 to register!
