The Aging and Disability Resource Center of Dodge County will be offering a Stepping On Fall Prevention Workshop series held weekly from April 2nd through May 14th, at the Towne Centre of Marquardt Village located at 1045 Hill Street in Watertown. Classes run every Tuesday from 1:00-3:00 pm. This program is open to anyone living in the community, age 60 or older, for a suggested donation of $10.

Stepping On is a seven-week workshop program for independent community-dwelling older adults who have fallen, are at risk of falling or who have a fear of falling.  One in three adults age 65 and over fall each year and the physical, financial and emotional costs can be devastating.  But falls are not a normal part of the aging process and can be prevented.

To register or for more information for the upcoming Stepping On workshop, contact the Aging and Disability Resource Center at 920-386-3580 or
