Valero makes donation

Valero Renewables recently presented a donation to the Johnson Creek Mutual Hose Company, the organization of people who make up the Johnson Creek Fire and EMS Department personnel. As recipient of their check for $5,000, the group was able to purchase racks for the department for storing turnout gear. The racks are free-standing, mobile and back-to-back, and have separate compartments so all of a firefighter's protective suit will be together. They will also enhance organization of related accessories and are the first substantial move to replace all of the aged racks the department has had.
