Everett and Marleen Borth of Watertown observed their 60th wedding anniversary on June 28.

Everett and the former Marleen Altwies were married June 28, 1958, at St. Mark's Lutheran Church of Watertown by the late Rev. James Fricke. Attendants were Yvonne Habermann, Marvin Borth, Arlene Seitz, the late Jack Verhalen, Glen Bock and the late Paula Bock.

Everett and Marleen have three children. They are David (Mary) of Watertown, Diane (Paul) Boxrud of Hartford and Dale (Julie) of Watertown. They also have seven grandchildren: Sam, Jacob (fiancée Kelly) and Megan Borth of Watertown, Matthew and Abby Boxrud of Hartford, U.S. Marine Daniel Borth of California and U.S. Airman Michael Borth of North Dakota.

Everett retired from the Watertown school system, and Marleen retired from the Thrivent Financial office in Watertown.
